1988 Viking Flying Bridge Mtr Yacht

Interest in a 40' to 50' Motor Yacht? This Viking Motor Yacht deserves a look. She has 3 staterooms and 2 heads. Forward of the lower salon one step down is the galley and separate dinette. The upper salon is fully enclosed with wing doors for year round cruising. The flybridge is accessed by stairs, not a ladder. It has a full hardtop with enclosure. Seating is huge.
She has new Twin Ivenco 770 HP each Diesels installed in 2008. Top speed at 2300 is 30 knots. She will cruise in the 18 to 20 knots range at 1800 RPM. The Viking has been kept under cover on the upper Chesapeake bay (fresh water) except when the owner took it on extended trips.
The interior teak wood is nice shape. Furnishings are serviceable but dated. Bottom was painted September 2017. The exterior does need a good compounding and wax. Headliners are good. Bridge enclosure serviceable but needs a good cleaning. Hardware and stainless steel are good.
The owner has kept detailed operating and maintained records. These plus the various upgrade documentation are available during the due diligence period.The owner is retiring from boating. Select trades would be strongly considered.
