Job responsibilities include core elements of the “guest experience” at Galahad properties in North East, Maryland including, but not limited to, slip rental, winter storage, and service writing.
A key responsibility of this position is to create “concierge experiences” which leave our guests and potential guests feeling welcome, valued, and happy about Galahad Marine. These experiences can be delivered through a variety of activities, including: welcoming our guests, extending recognition to loyal guests, providing accurate and efficient administration of accounts, promoting Galahad Marina services, assisting guests during their stay with questions or concerns and providing exceptional service to individuals contacting the marina in person or via phone/email.
Work schedule will align with the boating season, periods of high demand from guests, and other special marina events. Saturdays and Sundays may be required. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work. Salary commensurate with experience. Benefits include health insurance and paid time off.

Galahad Marine is looking for an experienced marine mechanic. This is a year-round position. Applicant must be well versed in diesel and gas engines along with marine systems. Applicant must be a self-starter and a team player and, above all, have a positive attitude and eagerness to grow with the company.
ABYC and OEM certifications preferred. Mobile experience a plus. Excellent, long-term opportunity to work with great people at the best place for boating on the Upper Chesapeake.
